19.01.2022 HIIII it’s me, Ange It’s been a while since I have done this - so allow me to reintroduce myself and we can skip the small talk. Long caption alert!! I am extremely passionate about the positive effects that physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices have on our mind and body and I love being able to share that passion ... I have made it my mission to empower and educate people throughout their time training in order to help them become the healthiest/fittest/strongest version of them-self. It is my aim to help as many people as I can adopt a healthier, well-balanced lifestyle that promotes physical and mental wellbeing. I have created a fun, inclusive and safe environment where people can train worry free and get to where ever it is they are reaching for! I don’t mind having a hard conversation when necessary, in order to help you understand and learn from unhealthy choices and I don’t mind pushing you out of your comfort zone (safely) in order to help you move forward I make it my job to help you change your behaviours, to help you create healthier habits, to support you during the moments of self doubt, to pick you up when your motivation is lacking, to help you grow your confidence inside and outside the gym, to celebrate your wins (small or big) to help you learn from mistakes, to teach you how to balance your schedule, to educate well enough so that you one day feel confident training on your own, to help you enjoy working out, to give you the hard truths and to be honest with you about your health. I could go on forever with these but the point is, I’m most happy when my clients are happy and I do everything in my power to make this happen. Change in any form can be scary and really hard at times and just like most things which are scary and really hard, having someone to guide and support you along the way makes it much easier. 14.01.2022 MINDSET Let’s talk about what matters. As an athlete, I know all too well how easy it is to get caught up in trying to be better, attaining a goal, reaching a certain level or achieving specific numbers. ... We are all on our own journey and we set high expectations and goals for ourselves as we try to reach new levels. Quite often, not letting ourselves feel satisfied until we reach our goals. The downfall in this mentality is that once we reach that goal, that achievement or that number, we are happy for only a moment. Once we reach it, we are quick to reset the bar, only this time it’s even higher. We get so caught up in chasing the next that we forget to appreciate where we are right now and how far we have already come. This scenario plays out similar for everyone regardless of what the actual goal/target is and it can be a tough place to find happiness. This is a reminder not only to myself but to you reading this, to be proud of who we are and where we are right now, to acknowledge we are still working to become our best and to find gratitude throughout our journey #gratitude #mindset #growth #enjoytheride #mentalhealth #benefits #physicalhealth #revofitnessvicpark #vicparklife

Tough but necessary calls for gym closures means that we will no longer be operating out of Revo for the time being! ASPT will be going fully ONLINE to ensure that we don’t all go crazy whilst distancing ourselves. During these strange times it is so important for our mental well-being and our physical health to ensure that we maintain some routine in our days, get physical for at least 30mins, e...at well, hydrate and get lots of sleep. 09.01.2022 Congratulations to Lorna for taking out the ASPT 6 Week Challenge! Lorna saw some awesome change across the board with weight, measurements and skinfolds No strict meal plans or strict training schedules. Our focus was simple - MINDFUL eating and training. Our aim was to set up healthy habits over the 6 weeks that encourage long term health benefits and are easily implemented into the busy lifestyle that we all live these days.... The amazing results that we saw from all members just goes to show that everyone from all different backgrounds are capable of incredible results when willing to make simple yet effective change!
