22.01.2022 Hello everyone. How are you all doing? Last week was awful for me!! My emotions were all over the place. My anxiety was high, depressed angry and sad, all in one day!! My cup was full, I needed to drain my cup before it overflowed with emotions I couldnt control. So I had a Reiki massage, visited my counsellor and went to a Conscious dance group!! This week is clearer for me, and I have made a concious decision to empty my cup a little daily , so I dont get to that sta...te again. Self care is so important especially at the moment, as I always say breathe! Take one day at a time and focus on the here and now. Much love to you all. Namaste

22.01.2022 Hi everyone. Just letting you know I have cut back my client visits per day, to 3. With the odd day to 4 to allow for emergency appointments. This is to prevent me from burning out. It's working well as I'm not feeling sore and flat at the end of my days. With school holidays coming up I am taking my boys away camping, so the next few weeks is very busy.
