21.01.2022 Delicious dinner in the pressure cooker of silverside with Caramelised balsamic vinegar, herb & garlic dip mix and queen of the Nile dukkah...oh . And some red wine. Popped in some whole baby potatoes, carrots and onions and 4 chicken thigh fillets. Once cooked, I crisped up the potatoes in the fry pan with some butter and saffron salt. Made a white sauce with country onion and chive dip mix. It was seriously delicious and tasty and scrumdidlyumcious. ..lol

21.01.2022 Dinner from last night. Our silverside was cooked in a bag in a pot of boiling water. Once cooked I drizzled honey Caramelised balsamic vinegar over it and sprinkled over Queen of the Nile dukkah. I then baked it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Oh yum yum yum...it was beautiful and moist and tasty.

20.01.2022 Bit chilly here tonight so we had a delicious dinner of home made potato skins with orange, garlic and Chilli salt with toppings of bacon, cheese, shallots and smashed avocado with guacamole dip mix....certainly warmed my soul...

13.01.2022 Well...a little feast in the Moore household tonight with Kay Marsellos and family. Entre of chicken, prawn and chorizo paella. Main..oh.. main...aged rib fillet marinated in intense garlic olive oil and porcini salt, Hasselback potatoes with balsamic salt, cabbage dressed in intense garlic olive oil and cumin, delicious gravy made on pan juices with smoked chai shiraz four peppercorn blend. ....yummmmmmmeeeeee

13.01.2022 Delicious roasted duck and vegetable stack. Lots of flavours and layering. I used chai shiraz four peppercorn blend, honey caramelized balsamic and herb and garlic dip mix, Canadian steak rub.

08.01.2022 Lots of fun today baking and icing cupcakes with the beautiful Linda. I made 2 flavours - lemon myrtle White chocolate and country baked apple pie with cinnamon twist/honey. Linda is an amazing baker and decorator and cant believe that it was a cake mix, cup of soda water and chosen flavours...they are going into Lindas workplace tomorrow... a very popular baking/equipment supply company in Brisbane. ..looking forward to their feedback.

05.01.2022 Dinner tonight...excuse the overdone sweet potato chips. ..may have forgotten them in the oven while serving out the childrens dinner.. My version of nachos using lamb mince, 4 bean mix, grated carrot/zucchini, tin organic diced tomatoes and tomato soup. Seasoned with marakesh moroccan spice blend and porcini salt. Avocado salsa with tomato, onion and guacamole dip mix. Absolutely delicious

01.01.2022 Some delicious goodies I made for a catering job today. Roasted capsicum and feta quiche using Tuscan style capsicum pesto. Bacon, sundried tomato and onion quiche using country onion and chive dip mix. Savoury vegetable slice with tomato and herb dip mix. Beautiful sponge cake with white chocolate choc powder.
