08.01.2022 During Zac’s PT session this week, he watched one of our very strong members doing body weight dips and said he wanted to try them...of course, I said, let’s do it! This was the result! He actually got 3 sets of 10 reps, these videos are afterwards when we asked Mum to come in and film them, so he was pretty fatigued by then...still smashed 4/5 out for two takes Had to post both videos...the attitude in the second one is priceless! . . .... On a more serious note...this is exactly why I love being a part of such an inclusive and welcoming gym environment...my clients feel so comfortable in our gym and they are always watching other members, all it takes is a little encouragement from someone to help another feel confident enough to try something new!
