25.01.2022 Hi Everyone I hope you are all well. Covid restrictions are beginning to be lifted which means yoga will be returning soon. I have decided to start back next term as I have some commitments on Thursdays at the moment. I look forward to seeing you next month! At this stage it will be the 23rd July but will be in touch. 22.01.2022 Hi Everyone I have decided to run yoga this week. We will just need to be extra cautious and I'll have cleaning products on hand. If you don't feel well it might be best to stay home, otherwise we will keep doors open for extra ventilation and do our best to be as far apart as possible. With the state of the world I think yoga could do us all some good while we still can. If you don't feel comfortable attending classes at this time I fully understand. Take care of yourselves and each other

20.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Due to the announcement of the closure of all non essential services, Yoga classes will be on hold until further notice. I know it’s not the same but there are some great yoga teachers online and many are offering free classes at the moment. I love yoga with Adrienne on YouTube. Take care everyone. Let’s all work together to flatten the curve to protect the vulnerable people in our community. May you all be well and healthy
