22.01.2022 The irony of it. Best condition the lake has been in years and today should be day one of the Snowy Mountains Trout Festival but Covid - 19 put a stop to that

20.01.2022 Congratulations to John Boughton who caught the first tagged fish at Anglers Reach yesterday off the bank near the boat ramp. This rainbow is one of the 174 released into Lake Eucumbene for the Snowy Trout Challenge that runs until April 2021 with lots of prizes to be won. 06.01.2022 So these guys had a great day today. John Boughton caught the very first tagged fish for Anglers Reach in which he wins a prize. Only 174 where put into Lake Eucumbene so well done John. Grant Makeham bagged out today with 2 nice fish weighing in at 1200 and 1300. Even though there is no comp this year they are enjoying the fishing. The Trout have been super healthy and super fat. Power bait has been working a treat off the bank and bright yellow hard bodies are also doing trick while trolling. But tomorrow might be a different story with a huge storm approaching
