24.01.2022 Toronto Nursing Home had a great time dressing up for the Melbourne Cup, with both residents and staff celebrating! In the morning there was a wooden horse racing game, and in the afternoon happy hour kicked off while watching the races!

Each year, Margaret puts on a huge presentation for NAIDOC Week, bringing in an assortment of cultural items. Our residents get to see many different examples of Aboriginal art, learning about the culture and history of First Nations people. Big thanks to Margaret and her team for the great effort in spreading knowledge!

19.01.2022 These empty shelves are in need of some books! If you or anyone you know in the Gloucester area are looking to clear their bookshelves, why not donate them to our library? ... Our new facility Mirrabooka Place has lots of shelves in the common areas, and if you're willing to part with a book or two our residents would be delighted! Just drop them off to the facility whenever you get the chance.

Here are all of their happy faces In previous years, Jesmond has done big celebrations, however this year restrictions have meant that there were 4 smaller groups participating in the Footy Tipping. Hopefully next time the residents will all be able to celebrate together!

Rene is a modern take on a mobile library, with recreational resources including iPads, indoor golf sets, craft items, games and more!
