12.01.2022 Each week we are developing a spiritual practice to assist your journey. This one is designed for people in the community. A spiritual practice Something to do this week... Think of your life. From birth to today. Has the path been straight, safe, healthy or a bit up and down? Have you been loved and encouraged or have you had to battle for understanding and respect? Who or what has helped you on the way? Have you ever marvelled at coincidence? Have you ever felt guided by something unexplainable? Are you open to this idea? 09.01.2022 Making Marks has started the year with 4 weeks of drawing. Using Betty Edwards' "Drawing on the Right side of the Brain" we are learning 'to see' and switch on the right side of the brain. We challenge the left side (by copying something upside down, for example) to the point it gives over to the right which allows us to be free. Free as a child! GG
