07.01.2022 Suriya Namaska, Dynamic Movement Flow - My movement is influenced by a life journey of Embodiment Practices used for self awarness, developement and exploration. Influenced heavily by a background in martial arts, study of Hatha Yoga Asana in india, Zenthai Shiatsu, and a love of dance and expression grounded in my roots of the Australian bush and coastline. i practice Primarily as a way of connection to the sun in my heart and the rythms of nature and the universe, a way of honouring this vessel i have been gifted through devotion and expression of a genius far greater than me for a time out of time.
