21.01.2022 As 3012 heads into Stage 3 restrictions we would like to take a moment to let you know our family is right there beside you. We have been instructed that our business can still operate even under the new restrictions and we will continue to provide our service with the safety of the community as our number one priority. ANI Propety Maintenance will continue to; ... * socially distance when providing onsite quotes * provide online/phone quotes whenever possible * have no physical contact onsite eg. shaking hands * sanitise prior to entering/exiting a property * sanitise high touch areas, such as, door handles, bench tops, light switches etc.. * increase ventilation indoors by working with windows and doors open, and adjusting air conditioning whenever possible. * If Younes feels unwell he will call/message in advance to reschedule a time to complete the work at your property. * If you are feeling unwell, travelled overseas and/or have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can reschedule a time to complete the work at your property. 10.01.2022 We love getting call backs from previous clients. Recently, we've been working away on their house making improvements here and there. Previously, we worked with these guys to vamp up their bathroom prior to selling their property 'eastside'. They were as happy with the result as we were!

02.01.2022 Hi All, We would like to reassure all our customers that as a result of Covid-19 we are taking precautionary measures to keep ourselves and community safe when completing work at all properties. The safety measures we have put in place are; ... Younes will no longer continue to shake hands with customers (no offence, we really do like you!). Hands will be sanitised thoroughly before entering any property or commencement of any work in your home. High touch surfaces such as door handles will be regularly cleaned down with disinfectant. We will increase ventilation indoors by working with windows and doors open, and adjusting air conditioning whenever possible. All jobs will preferably be discussed outside of the property. If Younes feels unwell he will call/message in advance to reschedule a time to complete the work at your property.
