The World Health Organisation has prepared a self-screening questionnaire, the Adult Self-Report Scale (ASRS), which can help you recognise the signs and symptoms of adult ADHD. https://add.org/adhd-test/ If the screener does suggest ADHD please discuss this with your GP, psychologist or psychiatrist, as a screener cannot replace a comprehensive mental health assessment.
