24.01.2022 Interesting info....

24.01.2022 It’s that time again...please be vigilant with your pooches and check for grass seeds. These came out of a little clients coat recently and some were travelling very close to his ears and in between his toes

23.01.2022 I’m sorry...although I find these to be extremely clever and creative, there is NO WAY that I would even consider doing this to one of my gorgeous doggy clients !! Makes me feel a bit sick to see what some people will do to their fur babies, just for show...

23.01.2022 Smart doggie, just gorgeous

19.01.2022 Absolutely beautiful

19.01.2022 Got to meet another beautiful new client today. This is Milko and what a gorgeous chilled out dude he is...stole a piece of my heart that’s for sure

18.01.2022 So very true!! Many people complain about their dogs being ‘naughty’have a look at the life you are giving them firstthink of them, not you

18.01.2022 Thought this was quite clever...

18.01.2022 Little Sammy came to see me today... too cute

18.01.2022 How sad... something the Spca has to deal with regularly

17.01.2022 Hope everyone understands this

17.01.2022 The very pretty Maybelle

16.01.2022 Please forgive me if over the next few days I’m not chatty or take a while to respond...yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Vera, 14 years young and taken from us far too soon This year has been hell with the loss of 3 very special hoof and paw members of our family...my heart seems to be continually breaking....

14.01.2022 Sexy Simon Such a gorgeous boy and just a baby! He’s got some charm, this one

14.01.2022 Bear was back today... full of his usual cuteness and charm

13.01.2022 Just beautiful and very very true

10.01.2022 Some recent customers....happy I think ...

09.01.2022 If only humans could be so happy with the simple things in life

09.01.2022 Please keep your eyes peeled for this beautiful dog...he got loose from his property just off Woolcott St, Henley Brook a couple of days ago and of course, his Mum is devastated. If any of you see him or know if he’s been picked up , please contact me and I can forward your message to the owner. Thanks in advance, I hope we can find him...

06.01.2022 Something we all should know given the amount of people who still take their dogs out without the lead on!

05.01.2022 So true... choking is such a horrific thing that may happen

05.01.2022 Cough cough!..... There are a small group of my ‘clients’ that could do to check this out . All jokes aside, an overweight dog is not a happy one and it will shorten their lifespan...

04.01.2022 This has to stop... backyard breeding has to go!!

03.01.2022 Some latest gorgeous pooches

02.01.2022 Warning of Beach Dangers for your furry friend We were holidaying in Albany last week and took our 10 month old cavoodle Smudgy for a walk on Goode Beach near t...he Whaling Stationat 11.30am on 2 June a lovely sunny day. Smudgy was on a lead and we walked about 300 m along the beach from the main beach car park. There were several small groups of people with dogs on the beach playing on the sand and in the water. Smudgy ran around on the sand dug a shallow hole and played in shallow water. The beach was clean clear with lots of sand no seaweed nothing in sight just sand. As we were walking back to the car park Smudgy wanted to sit down and appeared to be favouring her rear right leg. Soon after she started to stagger so we picked her up and headed quickly to the car so we could get vet assistance for her. On the way to the car she vomited and gradually went limp. We think she was unconscious by the time we reached the car and as we were travelling back to Albany her body was shaking and she frothed at the mouth. We were about 5 minutes from Albany when all movement stopped and she passed away. The vet in Albany confirmed her passing when we arrived at the Vet Hospital. The time from noticing her first symptoms to her passing was about 15 minutes. The vet said that he had not seen a dog pass so quickly from picking up/contacting something on the beach. He said Smudgy’s death may have been caused by contact with a blue ringed octopus, sea hare or green sea cucumber. Due to high tides and recent storms the sea animals may have been washed up on the beach. The untimely death of 10 month old Smudgy has caused much grief to my wife Caroline and I and we wish to warn other dog lovers to either avoid or be very careful when taking your furry friend on the beach. From comments we have received people have lost the dogs or had very sick dogs from Kalbarri to Albany. We have spread the story through various Facebook sites and local newspapers in Albany as well as talking to people with dogs as we do our daily walks. Please look after your furry friends and pass this warning on to all your friends with dogs.
