14.01.2022 Taking Hollywood to Dog Training School is the best thing we have done with her and I highly recommend everyone look around for a good training school, even if you just do a few lessons. Its mostly not for the dog, its to train you in how to train your dog. One of the reasons Hollywood went to training was that as a rescue she had a few 'protection' issues where certain dogs triggered her to go into self protection and chase them. Not a happy situation where she is barking and chasing a dog 4 times her size! In grade 2 today we did an exercise where one dog and owner was in the middle and all the other dogs and owners walked in a circle up to them, training in stability. Hollywood did really well and only barked at one dog once who got a bit too close.

01.01.2022 It was a two swim morning today! Hollywood used to be very scared of the water, the waves make so much noise! Now she is still wary but gets closer and closer, today was hot and she kept on getting deeper and deeper until she was almost all the way in. Then rolled in the sand just to make sure.
