05.01.2022 An apology to all our loyal clients We have been experiencing issues with our phone lines for the past 3-4 weeks since we switched to a new software system. We are continuing to report these issues to our provider and seek a resolution. We know how frustrating it is to not be able to get through to us when you need to and we apologise for this intermittent fault that seems to be very difficult to find and fix. We have been advised that clients ringing on the Wet Noses (o...ur mobile vet service) are able to get through and as both businesses are merged, our receptionists can help clients for both Wet Noses and Animal Options queries. If you are unable to get through to us on the normal number then please try to call 1300 851020. If you have time and if you have had issues getting through to us, we would be really grateful if you could send us an email to [email protected] and advise us what the issues was. We can then pass this information on to our service provider and hopefully it will help them find and fix the fault. Thank you so much for your patience and we apologise again for the inconvenience.
