25.01.2022 TREADMILL IS BACK!! We are excited to announce that after a couple of weeks out of action, our treadmill is back up and running! Please contact VSS to make an appointment. ... Note: we are still operating under COVID restrictions so appointments are still limited. Unfortunately owners will not be permitted into the treatment rooms with their pets. ... We know some pets and their owners may struggle with this, and we will do our best to ensure you and your pet are comfortable. We are committed to providing this important rehabilitation service for as long as government policy allows, and upholding strict health and safety policies will help keep us up and running. We are looking in to options for streaming our sessions for you while you wait, but this is a work in progress for now! We are so grateful for your ongoing support and understanding. The APS team.

Both Veterinary Specialist Services and Animal Physio Solutions are monitoring the current situation and will update our protocols as necessary according to the government guidelines. Unfortunately this may result in some changes in our ability to provide physi...otherapy services at the Jindalee and Carrara VSS clinics. To help ensure the health and wellbeing of all our clients and team members we would ask that on entering and leaving the clinic you please use the hand sanitiser provided, please ask if this is not available at the time of your attendance. We would also request that: If you are unwell or exhibiting any signs of a cough, cold or flu type symptoms please rearrange your appointment by contacting VSS on 38417011 prior to your appointment. If you have travelled abroad in the last 14 days please phone ahead of you appointment for advice on attendance. We will ensure all our staff wash and Sanitise their hands in between patients. Hydrotherapy will now be a drop off treatment, and owners will not be permitted into the hydrotherapy room. We know some pets and their owners may struggle with this, and we will do our best to ensure you and your pet are comfortable. We are committed to providing this important rehabilitation service for as long as government policy allows, and upholding strict health and safety policies will help keep us up and running. Moving forward, we will ask that you notify reception when you arrive as usual and take a seat. Your Hydrotherapist will come and collect your pet, swapping their lead and collar and leaving yours with you. You no longer need to bring a towel. After the session your pet will be returned to you in reception and you will be updated on their progress. 07.01.2022 To our valued clients: Lindsey & Lisa here! Currently we are the two people holding down the fort at APS. As some of you know, we cancelled our appointments today due to safety concerns associated with COVID19. We have since received notice that the person of concern who visited the building has tested negative for coronavirus and we look forward to getting back to work!... We understand that short notice cancellation and restricted appointment availability can be challenging, but want to reassure our clients that we dont take these actions lightly and will always do what we can to keep everyone safe. 04.01.2022 I have just had the pleasure of teaching three days of manual therapy assessment and treatment techniques for small animals to 11 talented Physios and vets at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), Uppsala. Their enthusiasm and willingness to learn was fantastic. Thank you for being such a wonderful group of people to teach. It was a pleasure and honor to be invited to Uppsala by Pia Gusts. I wish you all great success in the continuation of your careers.
