24.01.2022 What makes me happiest is letting everyones opinions of me go, letting all my burdens go, so I can be me, only who I say about myself matters. Happiness is an inside job. My soul is pure, my soul has no troubles, affliction or oppression, my soul is infinite, my soul sees no end, but only a beginning. Tune into your hearts desires, what makes your soul full? What makes you jump with joy? And follow not what the world says about you, but follow your own heart which knows best. By releasing what has been said, you bring peace into you heart.

20.01.2022 Someone told me they have a mental illness and I explained, people only have a "mental illness" because they believe this to be true, by having these harsh thoughts, will only trigger more unnecessary distress and suffering, let go of the labels you tell yourself or hear, so you dont act upon it. You only cause conflict with yourself by your own thoughts, Maybe its sympathy you seek from others. Frame your mind into thinking you are well, and you will do well! maybe these deeper conflicts are just the very roots of your suffering. Clear your mind of negativity, and allow positivity be in everyday, in every thought. Let it guide you. Break down the walls and set your heart free!

15.01.2022 If you are feeling lonely, its ok to feel this way, it wont last forever, you dont need a relationship to feel complete, you dont need a lot of friends to feel complete, if their not the right friends and they suck the life out of you constantly draining your energy and weighing you down, then its better to be alone, find contentment with yourself, you are the only person who completes you. You deserve your own love and affection, and to put yourself first above anything else. When you do that you will attract the right people in your life and you will never regret your decisions

Enter into the fullness of life has to offer you, use your voice to speak up, and train your mind to remove negative thoughts, walk into the direction of your true destiny, everything that has happened was for a reason, and it was no mistake, to learn and get you to where you need to be, know who you are. But daily positive affirmations are essential, speak the truth about yourself, and nothing can affect you, no one may harm you by their words or actions. 03.01.2022 I was searching for years for answers, when it was right in front of me all along, I just had to search within and in Gods perfect love. He is a heavenly counsellor for all. My heart found peace, and I couldnt have found it in anyone or anything of the world. There is no such thing as religion to me, and I encourage people to look within and search in the depths of their very own soul. The answers to your questions are closer than you know. Have a heart full of compassion, and not for some but for all!
