13.01.2022 COVID-19 Here at Animel House Mobile Groomers, we pride ourselves on offering the best possible experience for our clients and their Owners. Given the current concerns with the spread of COVID-19 and the fact that we are going from venue to venue, we are taking extra steps to protect our clients, their owners and our staff. Spraying the workstation, bathing area, door handles, floors and Eftpos terminals after each appointment. We are limiting contact with our client’s owners... by accessing and returning our clients from and to their yards. If this is not possible, we are trying to keep the direct handover to a bare minimum and suitable social distancing. We are spraying each lead and collar with pet friendly disinfectant to protect our staff and on return our clients owners. We also ensuring good hand hygiene at all times. Clients owners who present to be unwell or have been in any of the COVID hotspots or been in contact with someone who has been in COVID hotspots will be asked to reschedule their appointment for 14 days' time. Staff who come down with flu like symptoms will be asked to stay at home. We ask the need for anyone who feels they need to reschedule their appointment to contact us sooner rather than later via text on 0429 049 599.
