03.01.2022 Im ready to take FLIGHT I have been holding back who I truly am FEAR of being seen as DIFFERENT not feeling accepted so so SCARED TERRIFIED I will be rejected and to overwhelming emotional to share how I truly feel about how Im spoken to or treated poorly lacking personal boundarys Which comes back to my childhood and how I felt growing up ... There are times Im feeling so loved that Im brave enough to show who I truly am however its usually short lived as my inner child is running these programs and she reminds me how scared I am and fearful of the judgements that I have created in my own head that stops me moving forward , being my best self So Im now really digging deep doing the work needed to set myself free and to truly live the life I KNOW IM DESTINED TO LIVE It is a little painful but the way , I have been living is way more painful through this inner work Im now starting to feel more love be open to expressing my feelings with my loved ones being supported and loved for who I truly am See more
