24.01.2022 Olive Sea Snakes on the Yongala Wreck, Great Barrier Reef, Queensland, Australia. They were very curious and kept coming at me to inspect me and my camera lens! It was hard at times to get away from them so my lens could actually focus on them. Sea snakes can be up to 100 times more toxic than land snakes. The Olive Sea Snake Ive been told is not aggressive unless provoked, however the skipper did tell me this after some pretty close encounters with them!... 6k video footage to come. Luckily I like snakes!

23.01.2022 Epic diving today, here's a sneak peak at some footage from Manta Bommie, Stradbroke Island, Queensland, Australia. This cute Brown Banded Bamboo Shark came straight towards the camera. Stopped directly in front of the lens as if to check its reflection out then proceeded to hunt right next to me. I'll be posting about the diving in the next few days, but another good sighting of a Sandbar Whaler and <20 Spinner Sharks on an exploratory blue water drift dive today as well.

A fun video to capture one of the dives where we swam hard out wide of the dive site to get into position to film the Guitar sharks, also noting several Pink Whiprays as well. Its key to know when to turn back onto the dive site when you're doing this because if you get the timing wrong or leave it too late the current will sweep you off into the blue. ... 10.01.2022 A few fun clips of my friends heading out from Home Beach, Stradbroke Island with my drone. As usual another perfect day there with sunny skies, and clear waters. Watch in 4k for best quality. Stradbroke island is a slice of paradise we are so lucky to have at our doorstep in Brisbane. With Manta Rays, Sting Rays and Leopard sharks most of the year round and Grey Nurse sharks in Winter, Dolphins and Humpback Whales it is a truly special place to dive, snorkel, swim and surf.... On land there is plenty to do with a tea tree Brown lake, 4WDing, hiking, Watching Koalas and Kangaroos, beautiful beaches to visit, eating delicious Gelato and much more. 06.01.2022 Epic dive yesterday at Turtle Cave, Stradbroke Island, Queensland, Australia. This is the closest I have ever come to Eagle Rays and so many of them at once on open circuit (bubble blowing scuba). This is no doubt due to the ripping current that we were in (definitely not my smoothest filming), and I think they were just happy to be having a break from it down low. I estimate more than 50 Eagle Rays. Depth 21 metres, natural light as didn't have my lights with me. Bit shaky n...ear the end due to a fish getting sick of me holding onto its home for too long and biting my finger which gave me quite a fright! no fingers were harmed in the making of the video...to be uploaded shortly.
