20.01.2022 2015 I have had the pleasure of working with these 5 beautiful girls. All 5 girls have pushed themselves both physically and mentally and produced competitive physiques that have simply shone on stage. 2016 season A has presented me with 2 X Figure Athletes that will be starting a 20week prep mid November. Sorry if I haven't gotten back to any enquiries, I have taken on a new full time job so there may need to be a bit of rescheduling with Pt times. At this stage I can only train in the evenings. 07.01.2022 Today is the last day of Bridies 100 Burpee Challange for Oct. Bridie set out to do 100 Burpee's per day to raise funds for a group called Livin. Livin raise awareness and support for Mental health and Suicide prevention. Now Bridie started out with 100 burpees a day but as more people began to support her cause she has finished this week with 300 per day at different locations and with various groups around darwin. On behalf of FitAZ CONGRATULATIONS you are such an inspiration and we are so proud of you. Thankyou for allowing us to be part of your journey. You are the true definition of Super Star
