20.01.2022 With beautiful spring comes wedding season. Two weddings this week-end, each spectacular in their own right. One on lust lawns with a surround of beautiful trees and shrubs. One in a silk-lined marquee with wedding arch, white lanterns and flower arrangements. Both couples looking fab and sooo happy. Congrats and every best wish to 2 special married couples.

17.01.2022 So many beautiful and scenic venues available for your wedding - parks, resorts, vineyards,gardens - private and public, farms, lakes, mountainsides and at home. Always have Plan B ready in case of very windy or sudden wet weather. Congratulations to this week's married couples who chose a resort and a park respectively, to say "I do" and the weather was perfect. I wish both couples a wonderful married life.

15.01.2022 The bride arrived by carriage pulled by two black plumed horses. Carriage attendants were dressed in red livery. So beautiful and the bride was breathtaking. A very lovely wedding in a park- like garden under magnificent oak trees. And the guests did appreciate the coolness of the shade. Congratulations to a very special couple.

12.01.2022 Plan B came into action very quickly yesterday after the deluge in the morning made a garden wedding impossible. The reception centre catered beautifully for an indoor ceremony. Flowers and wedding chairs complete with ribbons all ready. The ceremony was beautiful and went without a hitch. Congratulations to the lovely couple. Have a wonderful life together.

12.01.2022 Historic Abercrombie House near Bathurst was the setting for a wedding this Saturday. The heritage listed house made a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. Historic venues add romance to a wedding day - they are so regal and impressive. To another beautiful couple - congratulations.

11.01.2022 2016-2017 wedding season off to a wonderful start today. Beautiful indoor ceremony due to the chilly day. The bride and groom entered together with family members shedding tears of happiness for them. Tables resplendent with special gifts for each guest, tiny fans and individual candles. Congrats to a very special couple.

10.01.2022 Music plays such an important part on your wedding day. Choose songs/tunes that have special significance for you both. You need at least one tune for the bride to enter (length of the tune needs to match the distance she will walk). Two tunes for the signing is a good idea. The signing can take a while as it's a great photo opportunity with the Certificate , entwined hands showing the rings etc.. Then a groovy, bubbly tune after the couple has been announced as Mr. and Mrs. Music playing on while guests congratulate the couple makes for a wonderful atmosphere. Music played on a CD, Ipod, stringed instruments, chosen instrument/s or over a loud speaker at the venue all work beautifully. My sound system has a quality inbuilt CD player with a remote control. It does a great job.

04.01.2022 The 2017-2018 wedding season is almost over with winter coming into view. What a privilege it has been to be involved in so many weddings this season - small weddings, large weddings, outdoor weddings, indoor weddings, weddings with just the couple and 2 witnesses, formal weddings, informal weddings. Each one has been a delight. The bookings are coming in now for the 2018-2019 season and beyond. Have you decided on the day and date for your special ceremony? 04.01.2022 Do you have a pet you absolutely love? Have you thought of including it/them in your wedding ceremony? Dogs especially look just gorgeous with a garland of flowers around the neck or the ring cushion attached to a collar. And they seem to know that it is a special occasion and the best behaviour is expected of them. They even smile for the camera too. :) :)
