22.01.2022 I love finishing off a Dinner Party with my Trio of desserts. This time the client chose a traditional French combination, a deconstructed brandy snap basket with honey macadamia ice cream , profiteroles with Creme Patissiere and of course a Citron Tart... nothing left on the plates !
