20.01.2022 Every house has its secrets ... this is where I live, on the bush, I grew up in the country and in the summer would be deafened by the sound of the cicadas. Until we moved here I had forgotten how awesome it is to sit in the shade on a hot afternoon just listening to the cicadas. This house kept this secret from me until Summer came around and then I remembered what living by the bush is like. It’s the sound of cicadas and the smell of eucalyptus while you have a beer under the shade of the trees. I love how every house has its secrets and you only learn then once you live there.

Over the past quarter, they remained in the positive while COVID-19 gripped the country and they were the only two capitals to have positive growth for the past month according to CoreLogic... Sydney and Melbourne have had a good year, according to CoreLogic data but this was off the back of 10%-20% declines over the 2018-early 2019 period fro...m the effects of the Banking Royal Commission. This small bounce back was welcomed, but does not appear to be sustainable.
