11.01.2022 Whether you run an online store, a b&m store or a service based business like me, it's all about the experience and feeling all the **feels**. How you treat your customer leaves a lasting impression more than what they purchased. From how they receive communication to the whole unpacking/unboxing experience. The special handwritten note to the follow up email.... They buy the experience. When we work our magic with our Facebook Ads, we want the visitor to *feel* all the feels and buy into the emotion. They don’t care about the book or the toy or the dress. They want to FEEL amazing in that dress, create memories with that book. Start with the emotion. Tell a story. Create the magic. 02.01.2022 Happy 2 years to me! I really wanted a celebratory pic but you know, lockdown V6. I never dreamed about starting another business when I sold my online store. One day I walked into a florist and the lovely owner asked me to manage her social media.... I literally stood there shocked while I thought: (a) Do it! This is a sign from the universe that your business journey is not over. (b) Don't be silly! You have an amazing government job working dream hours and you get school holidays off all paid! Guess you know what my answer was right? Here I am. 2 years of working my dream job. 2 years of evolving and learning. I'm so proud of growing during a pandemic and connecting with amazing women who are there to support you. What a journey this is has been so far. Cheers to many more. Maybe less pandemics and lockdowns. I can definitely do less of those!
