06.01.2022 Meet Nick. Nick started training with me some time ago. His goal is to put on muscle mass and correct his posture, as he spends many hours at the office. The photos show his progress which we managed to achieve in those few months. You can see he lost some body fat and filled out his skin with some muscle. Also on the side view photo you can see his posture looks much better. Nick continues training with me during the #lockdown focusing on mobility and flexibility as he works from home and doesn’t move as much as he was, when had to travel to the office, and sits day and night working at his desk.
