25.01.2022 A dream come true having the opportunity to shoot in the open women’s finals this week in Sydney. After qualifying in second and making it through to the bronze, I was so excited to be able to step out onto the finals field. After tying with a 143, I lost my medal match in a one arrow shoot off to finish fourth. Thankyou to Carbon Express Arrows, Mathews Archery, Inc., Shrewd Archery, Firststring Bowstrings and especially Marcus at Urban Archery who have supported me with great equipment to do the sport I love
24.01.2022 Goodbye is always the hardest The end of the biggest shoot of the year and I have had a fun week filled with lots of laughs, friends and a bit of archery in between! Finished with a 891/900 placing me as the top girl in the compound flights, I can’t wait to come back next year and be a part of such a great tournament. 20.01.2022 A fantastic start to my international indoor season at the Indoor Archery Festival - Sydney Youth Cup with a 147/150 to win gold. I continue to be amazed at not only how accurate but how forgiving the TRX and Carbon Express Tank 23 combination is, even a not so great shot consistently found the gold. 17.01.2022 Day one of US Nationals in Albuquerque NM. Ended up with a 574, struggled to get in the groove but shots felt good and the changes to my set up were very noticeable with a much smaller float and a more forgiving tune. 12.01.2022 My first major international in over a year but made it through the 2020 Lancaster Archery Classic. Got off the plane at midnight yesterday so struggled in the women’s open that afternoon but went on to win the junior female compound the following day. Thanks to Cassidy Cox, Ella Gibson and Matthew Everett for carrying me through a tough few days and to my amazing family, even if they are half a world away.
