21.01.2022 Spiced Moroccan lentil soup for dinner. This is one of my favourite meat free soups that really packs a massive punch when it comes to flavour. It has ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, chilli, paprika and nutmeg flavouring this wholesome dish. I add lots of fresh (straight from the garden) corriander and parsley on top. Yummo!

16.01.2022 When chatting to people one of the main objections is that they don’t have enough room or their kitchen is too small. Thermomix is a German made machine designed for a market that are so space poor. Most live in apartments with tiny kitchens and this can replace so many of your other kitchen appliances, creating more room in your kitchen, not less! How many applications could you get rid off if you had a thermomix? (Or how many did you get rid of when you got your thermie) Pop your number in the comments below!
15.01.2022 Broccoli salad. Whipped up in 10 mins. This beauty has broccoli, carrot, apple and red onion with a yoghurt dressing. Delicious and healthy!

12.01.2022 After the power failure this morning for 3 hours when the power came back in I got to it, just in case it went out again. In one hour I whipped up a fresh batch of vegetable stock paste, cauliflower soup and Tuscan bean soup. All set to bunker down for the cold weekend!

12.01.2022 A little late to post but this was last nights dinner. It was so delicious and easy to make. It’s a leek and smoked salmon quiche but I didn’t have enough leeks so it became a leek, spinach, shallot, fennel and smoked salmon tart and wow wee the flavour was sensational. The pastry was so delicious and just melted in the mouth.

04.01.2022 Round two from the fish curry sauce. Prawn & fish curry and after 4 serves in total there is still a large serve I have been able to freeze! So good! I have to say it again the flavours in this curry! Thanks for the photo @tree_changer_jade I ate mine before remembering to take a photo!
