20.01.2022 Michelle and I are very excited to be offering our new Halo Healing evenings. Our healing evenings are a safe space for you to share your feelings, acknowledge them and release them.... Each week will have a different theme and collectively all four sessions will help you feel more balanced, calm and grounded. As a Kinesiologist and intuitive energy healer I see the most change and forward movement in people who are consistent with their sessions. That is why we have created these fortnightly group sessions, to not only help you with your mind, body and soul connection but to show you the many tools you can use on a daily basis to resent your energy, lift your vibration, feel lighter and make real change in your life. What do you get: each night we do a guided meditation and a sharing circle. Each night everyone will receive an individual energy healing, oracle card insight and throughout the evening we will be using aromatherapy, sound therapy and crystal healing. 19.01.2022 We have all been practicing social distancing but what about energetic distancing? The last few times I've gone into Coles I felt physically sick to my stomach, to the point where I thought I was going to vomit. It was the collective fear creating a low vibrational energy that was affecting me physically.... These are scary times so I understand the fear, but more now than ever the most important emotion for us to project is LOVE. LOVE and compassion to ourselves even if we're feeling anxious. LOVE and compassion to our community as people will be doing it tough. The more we LOVE ourselves and send LOVE out to the universe, the better and the quicker this situation will end. So take a few deep breaths.... Imagine some beautiful light pink energy seeping through into your BODY and surrounding you ... Imagine roots growing out of your feet entering the ground... breathe... Know that you are supported and LOVED by the universe Remind yourself of how lucky you are by taking some time and focusing on all the beautiful things in your life Share those thoughts with your friends and family, instead of talking about the virus. We have the power to change the energy of this situation We have the power to separate ourselves from the energy of fear and collectively raise the vibration to the energy of LOVE It all starts with you and your thoughts, so choose to think .. So instead of running for the hills In fear I feel like it's time for everyone to embrace this period as a time of learning about the things that we still need to let go of. What old patterns do we need to break and are there any unresolved issues that need our attention....
