We own various real estate and related companies and employ 11+ emps and most them are women with kids. Whatever decision you all want to make around residential tenancies/rent etc please keep in mind the ripple effect this will have on the industry, people who work in the industry (Predominantly women dominated especially Property Management) and the landlord...s. Banks aren't waiving repayments so the same should apply for tenants. If you are going to release a package for wage assistance then I'm fully supportive of the measures you are putting in place but my humble request is for the scheme to include mandatory rent payments of some sorts where applicable. They are in the process of building a scho...ol for these children in the Samoan Islands. The photos below are of Honaira and will house and educate 40-50 children , who now do not go to school at all. This is just one of the many villages where your donations have reached.
