12.01.2022 This will probably be a long post, but it is a huge reason why I want to share as many natural solutions with you guys as possible! When I was a child I had a m...edical condition that required me to be medicated. SO many times it would get better, and then come back again and so on. Each time, the solution was a tablet, and then a different tablet, then a nasal spray, and more tablets. It got to the stage when I was 19 I was taking three different tablets (one of which I needed FIVE just to get the right dose). As if that wasn't bad enough, I had to watch my mum struggle to afford to pay for the medications and doctors visits. I wish that back then we knew that there was another option. That being bounced around from specialist to specialist wasn't the only choice there was. As a mum, I know that our brains are hardwired to make the best decision possible for our kids. There is nothing we wouldn't do to ensure that they have the best we can give, even if that means missing out ourselves. My mum, being the amazing woman she is, always put us kids first and I don't think I would be where I am today without her. My purpose here is to make sure that you know that you have choices. That there are other options out there to help your families . Knowledge is power, and I wish that I had been introduced to doTERRA a long time ago. I can only hope that my love for these oils can change your life too

04.01.2022 Anyone out there guilty of forgetting the incredible oils we have? I know I haven't been using mine as much as I should lately :( so here are 3 ways I am going to make sure I get all of the benefits out of my little bottles!!! 1. PUT THEM WHERE YOU NEED THEM!!! Seems simple right? But quite often we have 1 spot for our oils. Leave the in the kitchen to put in water. Leave Lavender Peace and Easy Air next to your bed with your diffuser. Have InTune at your dest ready to go!!...! If you see them, you will use them 2. OLD HABITS DIE HARD!!! Make it a habit!!! Associate your oil use with a habit you already have and before too long, you wont even need to think about it When you are changing bubs nappy of a morning, use OnGuard down the spine for immune support. When you are going to bed, put your phone away and pick up a book ( one with real pages) to sit back and relax with the diffuser going. 3. ALWAYS ASK YOURSELF, IS THERE AN OIL FOR THAT?
