25.01.2022 Hi everyone, As I continue to search for answers regarding my condition, I am under orders to take it easy and at this point in time cannot go back to teaching full time. This doesnt mean that Im giving up Zumba completely, as its been such a huge part of my life. Im sure Ill be seeing some of you at different classes (when Im able to exercise properly again) and Zumba events. I would love to have a dance with you and just be a participant. However, teaching full clas...ses is a no no at the moment I would like to think that Ill be back possibly in the next year, health permitting! Until then, if you bought a 5 class pass and would like a refund please private message me with a picture of the card (front and back) with your details. In the meantime, hope you all keep on dancing and having a fabulous time Anna xoxo

25.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope youre all doing well A lot of you have been messaging me to check up on me and I really appreciate everyones concern! Quick update about my situation. Ive been trying to get some answers and so far all my tests have been clear. So while thats really good news for me, its also a bit frustrating to figure out how to get back to normal life and adjust. ... Doing ANY kind of exercise has been impossible (imagine not being able to even go for a walk), so Ive gotten REALLY really unfit. So my plan for the nearest future is to build up my fitness again so I can at least attempt to go to a Zumba class before starting teaching again. Im really happy that lots of you are keeping up with your exercise routine, its so important not to let yourself go! Also, Im really grateful for your patience and your lovely messages and support, Im feeling very much loved Miss you all Anna xxx

23.01.2022 As part of my recovery I have rejoined the Zumba world (finally yay!!), but for now only as a participant. Its been amazing to be able to dance again and go at my own pace. Ive started going to Sheris classes on Wednesday nights here in Muswellbrook, mainly because Sheri is totally healing body and soul but also because her classes are awesome for Zumba addicts, AND also unfit people, like myself at the moment (although lets be honest, its always hard to take it easy in ...a Zumba class lol) AAAANYWAY... If youre in Muswellbrook you should totally join me X

08.01.2022 Hi everyone, Zumba with Anna is taking a short break. This applies to both Singleton and Muswellbrook. I need to listen to my body and sort out my health before I can run our classes again. As we know, Zumba has magical powers to fix most things but sometimes exercise can make things a lot worse and affect quality of life. This of course needs to be fixed ASAP so we can get back to feeling amazing It will only be a short break and as soon as I get some answers we will be b...ack in full force! Please keep an eye on this page for any updates. If you have a 5 class pass, please hold on to it, it will not expire. Stay healthy, listen to your body, if its telling you that something is not working right it probably isnt. I know the right thing to do is to stop and fix whatever is happening before it gets worse. But I miss dancing with you all already
