19.01.2022 Last week I had a request for a vegetarian, gluten free lasagne and I ended up with a bit spare so I whipped one up of the fam and it was a total hit! So I will be adding it to the menu! Layers of roasted pumpkin, zucchini and capsicum, homemade tomato sauce, layer of spinach and ricotta and topped off with cheesy goodness! All of our meals can be made gluten free! Also I tried but my photos are no where near as good as @jaznacreative more professional photos coming soon! . . . .
