19.01.2022 Today I am taking a self care day to listen to my body and rest and heal. When I am busy and push through without taking any time for my own self care inevitably my body will send me a message to slow down with some pain in my body...usually back pain. I am sure this is true for all us.... Thank you to all my Clients from today who rescheduled, I really appreciate your understanding Now for some yoga, meditation and rest.

13.01.2022 Heart connection hot stone massage special I have purchased these beautiful rhodonite massage rollers to use in my hot stone massage treatments. These rollers will be heated to 53 degrees the same as the hot stones and will be used through the décolletage and on the face with a lovely face serum from Roccoco and perfect potion aromatherapy mist. This is a 10 minute treatment added in to the end of your massage.... 60 minute massages will be 80 minutes with this treatment 90 minutes with be 100 minutes. This treatment will be on special from now until Christmas so you can add it into your massage at no extra cost. Just ask me for the Heart connection treatment to be added to your massage.
