25.01.2022 The Australian eastern seaboard is presently experiencing catastrophic bushfires. Here at Annas we are surrounded by fires, and the air is thick with smoke. Fortunately we are safe and our property is very unlikely to be impacted because of the open fields around us.... Many in our area have sadly lost homes and some have tragically died in these horrible conditions. The highway has been closed along with our Post Office which means that packages to our internet customers will be delayed. We dont know how long these catastrophic conditions will last and are hopeful services will be normal again in the next few days. We are sure you will be understanding of any delay to your order, and know you will join with us in sending love and sympathy to those who have been cruelly affected by this horrendous event.

25.01.2022 Regrettably, there has been a further exasperating delay in receiving our new batch of Annas. Health Food Stores in Australia should have stock of Annas shortly after 29th October, as will our overseas Practitioners. 22.01.2022 After overcoming our packaging problem and the disruption to our communications because of the freak storm just before Christmas, we now unfortunately face another obstacle. One of the constituents within Annas has failed its assay test which has disrupted our January production. The quality of every ingredient in Annas has to be tested before the cream can go into production, and this delinquent ingredient has now been replaced and must again be tested.... This assay takes two weeks and then the production of Annas takes a further two weeks as the cream is subject to tests throughout production. All these tests are mandated by our Government Authorities to ensure you receive a product which is exactly the same as the original formula. We anticipate we will be back in stock the beginning of March. Our sincere apologies for your inconvenience.

21.01.2022 It is with regret we have discontinued our HIS Wild Yam cream. Although supported by many, the changes to the guide lines for natural supplements by our Government authority has forced us to this decision. Now we have to establish if a topical application of wild yam has been traditionally used for 75 years, or three generations, in a reference paper acknowledged by the authority, the TGA.... Whereas we have some evidence supporting that wild yam has traditionally been used topically for the relief of menopause and menstrual discomfort for Annas, we unfortunately have no evidence supporting a traditional use for our HIS cream which is a product developed by us as a modern way to help men. So regrettably we have discontinued HIS and the webpage and the HIS Facebook page will disappear during the coming days. Our sincere apologies.

20.01.2022 Coronavirus update We were shocked to learn that some of our overseas orders are still in Sydney waiting for an aircraft out of Australia to their destination. We apologise for your inconvenience, this problem has occurred from the coronavirus pandemic which has closed borders and disrupted aircraft movements.... Our parcels are being cleared to leave Australia in the expected timeframe, however Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Although Australia Post is working with airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible some countries we learn now are temporarily not accepting overseas mail. Unfortunately we are putting a temporary stop on many countries accessing our order form, some we are needing to adjust the price to enable faster delivery. The US which has been experiencing the longest delays will find an adjustment to our prices as we change to a quicker method of mailing to you. However orders placed before today will unfortunately still be delayed as once parcels have left us their movement is beyond our control. We ask for your understanding and patience as we all go through these troubling times together.

Her experiences show that Annas may help in many ways other than those we are permitted to claim Dear Carol and your amazing team... I'm 42 and 12 weeks post op from my 4th lapratomy. I have a long complicated history of endo, adenomyosis, fibroids, cysts, adhesions - the platinum package dating back to my teens. I tried Anna's for a month, 3 years ago just after my oopherectomy. I felt good during the time I was using it. However, with pressure from various specialists and my husband that I was "too young" for menopause, I succumbed to the pressure, gave away my Anna's cream and gone on HRT and anti-depressants as I wasn't coping. Early publications on natural progesterone told us that wild yam didnt convert directly into progesterone in our bodies which was technically correct although deliberately misleading. The active ingredients in wild yam trigger our bodies to produce ALL of our steroid hormones, from healthy levels of their precursor Cholesterol beginning with Pregnenolone. 10.01.2022 A freak storm with destructive winds roared through Moorlands and surrounds last Thursday evening. All power has been disrupted ansd consequently we have been unable to process any orders or access emails and the internet since. The storm has destroyed most of our beautiful trees, uprooting some entirely. Fortunately our buildings are okay except for smashed glass doors in our garden room.... Unfortunately Christine, who often confirms your orders back to you, has lost the roof on most of her home. Here are some photos of our trees before they were destroyed as we couldn't upload the photos. Christmas has now arrived and we will be closing until the 2nd of January. Most of this time is public holidays and we are taking the time to rest and cleanup the terrible mess.

08.01.2022 25th December Christmas Day is almost upon us This year it doesnt feel much like Christmas, too much tragedy, with loss of lives and hundreds of homes lost in widespread bushfires and much of our land devastated by severe long term drought. Also the tragedy of lives of Australians and others cut short while on a shore excursion from a shipboard cruising holiday around New Zealand, when the volcanic eruption on White Island occurred.... However we are thankful for the moments in our lives which give us joy and the closeness of family and friends as we gather together for Christmas. 05.01.2022 Sadly we lost one of our beautiful Canine companions. A Shepherd, Zita, this morning, suddenly and unexpectedly. We rushed her to the Vetinary Clinic as soon as we saw signs she was unwell, the Vets diagnosed that she was bleeding internally from the spleen and although they tried valiantly and very professionally, they were unable to save her. So sad... We will miss her dearly, and farewell her with lots of love, her human Dad and Mum, Max and Carol, as will her canine sist...er Zoe and her many human friends who have come to love her. PS: Zita will be cremated and her ashes buried on the Farm with a Memorial tree to be planted above.

05.01.2022 LATEST UPDATE ON ANNAS WYC Regrettably Annas is unlikely to be available for distribution until 3rd week of October, although we are doing all possible to improve on this delivery. The material for the increased cap seal has been delayed due to the monster storm in Hong Kong, and our laboratory is doing all it can to get the wads here ASAP.... We are hopeful this latest fix will finally solve the leakage problem and allow us to get back into our previous reliable supply pattern. 04.01.2022 Heres a repeat of our Post from 2016 for those of us who missed seeing it. Hope this info is helpful. We are often asked what IS the difference between Annas and a progesterone cream.... Annas contains phyto sterol nutrients which trigger our body to produce ALL of our own steroid hormones naturally. Progesterone creams contain a synthesised hormone which is manufactured in a laboratory from an ingredient of wild yam and sometime soy which purportedly can be converted economically into the same molecule as human progesterone. This product, although still called natural in some countries, is in fact a drug - the only natural hormones are the ones produced by our own bodies. Bio-identical progesterone creams here in Australia are classified as an S2 drug and are only available with a Doctors prescription. Dr Lees book What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause helped us all to understand how important progesterone is in balancing our hormones, in fact this hormone is often referred to as the balancing hormone. When you look at the steroid hormone chart on the How Annas Works page on our website you will see progesterone near the very beginning of this complex flow and you will understand how all of our hormones interrelate with each other in complex pathways. Our bodies have produced our steroid hormones since time immemorial without manmade drugs and will continue into the future when given the right nutrients to combat the endocrine disruptors which confront us in our modern societies. This problem is affecting product despatched overseas by air which we have had to suspend temporarily, we regret any inconvenience while we seek to find a satisfactory replacement cap ASAP. You may like to consider substituting with our HIS Wild Yam Cream if you are unable to so...urce Annas rather than disrupt your protocol. 03.01.2022 Production problem! Not a good start to 2020. Every batch of Annas goes through a number of rigorous tests before the jars are released for sale to ensure the purest quality.... Unfortunately our December production was found to be contaminated and the entire batch has been dumped. A new batch is now in production which we anticipate will be received around the 7th February. You will then be able to order through our website as usual. Our Australian customers may still be able to purchase Annas from their local health food store who may still have stock. 01.01.2022 Interesting article in a recent publication of the Australian newspaper, Monday March 4. Titled Remedies for a painful condition the article explains Endometriosis is as common as asthma, but we know very little about it Quite often patients are told Its normal to have pain but women should not accept pain as normal. You need to exclude endometriosis... Early diagnosis is important. But the only way to provide certain diagnosis is keyhole surgery. Women in Australia often experience a delay of seven to 12 years between the onset of symptoms and a correct diagnosis. Later in the article Many women will be unaware that they have endometriosis until they start trying for a baby. This is because progesterone, a hormone present in most forms of contraception, will often dampen the growth of endometriosis A ha! A light bulb moment. Could this be why some women using Annas report as their cycle comes back into balance after following the Extreme Menstrual Discomfort protocol their pain with endometriosis begins to disappear? After all progesterone is often referred to as holding the uterus and keeping the endometrium safely in place.
