This decision has been a difficult one to make but we believe it is the safest option for us during this extended lockdown. This Grenache comes from a 100+ year old vineyard in Vine Vale, SA, and is a perfect expression of the balance between perfumed fruit and power that Grenache of this calibre can carry. The ideal applicant has a few year's cocktail experience, better than passable w...ine knowledge, and the ability to be versatile between the bar and the floor when need be - the more of these attributes you have, the more work we can give you.
