So what happens to us when we surround ourselves with negative, rude, or toxic people? We become just like them. So surround yourself with good people who provide value in your life, who make you happy and who keep uplifting your positivity.

Here are some of suggestions: Lemon essential oil - for clarity and focus Bergamot - naturally uplifting Orange -... the "happiness" oil Lavender - balancing to energy, a good night's sleep Put one drop of essential oil into the palm of your hand, rub hands together gently....and breeeeaaaaathe.....in deeply....and out deeply.
