As a part of the A-Team, it is essential for you to convey Annee's mission and values to our customers through impeccable service and upholding high standards. You will need to be passionate about your roles, duties and the building of customer relations, as well as gain knowledge consistently and grow with the team. A-TEAM MEMBER We aren’t your standard coffee shop; we have our own unique way of running things and it is important that you can be flexible and adapt to new experiences. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service Be capable of handling both pleasant and difficult customers Possess strong communication skills Be able to quickly learn our coffee process Show proficiency at working in a fast paced environment Efficiently perform tasks while under pressure Have flexible availability across the weekend and public holidays Hold strong money handling skills and cash register Be able to open and close shop efficiently Demonstrate strong skill set in working within a diverse team dynamic Having experience in hospitality and bar work is desirable Please attach a cover letter and resume with your application.
