14.01.2022 FOR SALE! FULLY OPERATIONAL SCREEN-PRINTING TABLE AND RELATED EQUIPMENT FOR BESPOKE METREAGE PRINTING. A screen supporting Dolly on rail system designed to facilitate precision printing textiles, on a custom built, 14metre table operated by a single person. As part of the package, we are offering additional equipment to the buyer with everything needed for custom printing.... ASSETS INCLUDE: 1. 14m metal frame table, with adjustable knobs on feet for perfect leveling. Cushioned timber top with canvas cover, and table adhesive. Rails and stops for adjustable, accurate registration. 2. DOLLY customized to fit rail system , table, and screens. 3. 15-20 large screens approx:1600x1000mm that fit the Dolly and print fabric up to 140cm wide. 4. Stainless steel washout sink: 1900mm long X 1000mm wide X 400mm deep, on stand 500mm off the ground. 5. 2 size squeegees that fit the Dolly and screens 6. Mobile heater that runs on rails over the fabric, drying as you print. 7. Simplex Ironer: heat setter that allows easy pressing of 140cm wide fabric and only occupies small space: 1830mm long X 1160mm high X 700mm wide. Runs on single phase power, and can be hard-wired into electrical circuitry. Optional : training to familiarize the buyer with all aspects of the set-up, currently in Byron Bay Industrial Estate.
