Challenge your thoughts and beliefs. Step outside your comfort zone. EVOLVE And above all look after yourself as a whole being, mind, body and spirit ... Eat well. I like the 80/20 split. Move in ways that you enjoy daily. Run, walk, lift, swim, cycle, anything that keeps you active. Take time out to relax and reset. Your mind and body both need downtime. (And to the first photo)
