Challenge your thoughts and beliefs. Step outside your comfort zone. EVOLVE And above all look after yourself as a whole being, mind, body and spirit ... Eat well. I like the 80/20 split. Move in ways that you enjoy daily. Run, walk, lift, swim, cycle, anything that keeps you active. Take time out to relax and reset. Your mind and body both need downtime. (And to the first photo)

Lifting with LISS cardio (walking) Diet: See food, eat it Approx 4000 calories per day Weight: 69-70kg Bottom photo: Everyday Gym Junkie Goal: Be happy and healthy, maybe drop 1-2kg before the warm weather hits Training: A random mixture of whatever I like!
