06.01.2022 our FRIDAY FRIEND Seeing it is raining we are sharing this photo of a Kandanga koala taken by Annemiek Photography a couple of years ago-see how the koala i...s lapping up water from the tree trunk in the rain? Koalas get most of the water they need from the leaf (and dew on the leaves), ....and sometimes having a drink when it rains! When it is very dry, koalas may search for water on the ground. Have you ever seen this behaviour?
