21.01.2022 Hi All, Thank you for your patience during the past week. As of 3pm this afternoon, Annerley FC has decided to suspend all football activities pending further advice from Football Brisbane and to allow the full committee to meet decide a way forward. ... At this point, we would like to take the time to make a full and informed decision that is in the best interests of the health and well-being of all our members. As advice and memos are released from Football Brisbane, Football Queensland and Football Federation Australia, we will make them available to the community. We would also encourage our members to follow the social media accounts of these organisations or subscribe to their mailing lists. Annerley FC was established in 1945 and provides facilities and football for our local community in a caring and inclusive environment. We are also one of Brisbane's largest clubs - in 2021, we fielded over 20 competition teams (U12’s to Open), with our registration numbers surpassing 900 players. The club caters for all age levels and abil...ities, including Juniors (ages 3 16), Senior Women, Senior Men and Over 35’s. We offer a range of incentives for coaches depending on experience and will discuss these further with applicants. 15.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone. As you may have seen, the Premier and her Government has made an announcement regarding Stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions including those i...nvolving community sport. While it appears to be good news in terms of restrictions being lifted earlier than expected, we still need to wait on further advice and clearance from Football Queensland regarding the specifics of this announcement and before any changes to the current restrictions can occur.
