17.01.2022 Big breakfast no need bread. A lot of you asked me about which diet I’m following. Every person is different and it’s important to know that my good food could be someone else poison So I encourage each individual to listen to his body and know what’s agree with it and what’s doesn’t agree. Most of the time I do intermittent fasting which mean I stop eating after dinner from 7pm no more snacking brushing my teeth and give the body a good rest until the following day lun...ch time, which is open a late breakfast type. So In the morning I wake up having plenty of water 1 cup of Coffee and being busy putting the kids in school, organising the house do my grocery shopping and my training. By the time I finish it’s 1PM so it’s 18 hr without food. I don’t mind it that’s something my body like and use to, however some mornings I eat earlier if I’m hungry I really listen to my body. In this breakie I’ve got- 2 eggs, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, Bok Choy , tomatoes nuts and Dukha spice on top. Have you tried intermittent fasting before ? Dose it works for you ? 13.01.2022 Some people taking Wrong the fact that I share photos of myself with swimming wear at the beach or selfies with sport bras and shorts on. I’ve heard ones a comment from a girl friend saying you are a mum and a wife it’s inappropriate so I thought it will be good to explain why I post those photos. I share this photos of myself because I’m proud of my journey after 2 birth I’ve mange to loose all the extra weight and gain back my muscles. I’m proud of who I am and I’m... not afraid to say that I’m very comfortable with my body. Don’t mind to wear bikini (small one) at the beach if someone have a problem with it that’s ain’t my problem. I share post of my lifestyle, fitness and food to show that even though I’m a mum and a wife (like they said) I can still have fun, train and do things that makes me happy. take care of myself and feel young. I’m 34 now and I don’t take nothing for granted. I appreciate every single thing in my life - Very grateful for My husband who loves & except me for who I am and not trying to change me. For my kids who been a pleasure to raise and make my life so much better, and give me pure love and happiness each day. In their eyes I’m the best I’m a super women that’s the best thing. For my friends who support me and lift me up. For my family in Aus and in Israel For this beautiful universe we live at. For each day so grateful.
