24.01.2022 The Zonta says NO to violence and the 16 days of Activism Against Gender-Based violence culminated last week with a Peace Bell ringing commemoration. So far th...is year 50 women, men and children that have died due to Domestic Violence. Every year the Zonta Club of Canberra Breakfast and the Rotary Club of Burley Griffin partner to organise this commemoration. The Rotary Club has a partnership with the World Peace Bell Association. 18.01.2022 Hello everyone, I have been asked many times why I choose to use natural products when I am giving clients a facial. The best answer I can come up with is that our bodies are not designed to easily recognise ingredients such as silicones, petroleum and fertilisers (just to name a few). I can assure you that none of these ingredients are in the products I use in my facials in fact I have started using Indigenous identified products in my facials, such as Dessert Peach and Kakadu Plum, and others such as White Tea. There are many products that can do this for you. Keeping your skin out of direct sunlight during the hours of 12 3pm when the sun is at its strongest is a good start. Some of the moisturisers I use have a sun protection factor of SPF50+ which will help protect and soothe your skin.
