24.01.2022 Today was International Bereaved Mother’s Day. The years of walking alongside other women has shown me that for many of us, grief of loss is often something that we do in silence. Today has been a day of reflection and I take this opportunity to acknowledge those who have experienced loss. Years ago I made it my life purpose to create a safe space for women to express their grief and to be seen and heard. When I felt safe enough to talk about my grief, I realised that by ...showing my vulnerability this encouraged other women to do the same. If you need that safe space- reach out to me. This is also a time that I need to acknowledge the silent pain of men experiencing loss
