19.01.2022 Affecting 1 in 5 Australians - 1 in 3 over 65 - CHRONIC ongoing PAIN is a complex and personal experience. It is often an "invisible" condition and can be stigmatised and isolating. People with chronic pain can often lose hope -. TAPPING can substantially reduce or eliminate Chronic Pain ...... SO .......3 things to share about TAPPING and CHRONIC PAIN!... 1. Tapping is a research backed modality used by over 10 million worldwide and growing in popularity. 2. 19.01.2022 Hi! Some say "tomatoe" and some say "tomaaaytoe". With a tapping round some start with the top of the head, (after set-up on the side of the hand), like I do, whilst others end the round at the top of the head: makes no difference! Wondering what basic tapping "looks" like and which acupressure points are mostly used? Got a quick 4 minutes to spare? Here's a link to Nick Ortner of 'The Tapping Solution' giving a very brief, simple explanation and demonstration of a basic tapping round. Why not try it for something that's bugging you? The beauty of tapping is it can't hurt you !

09.01.2022 Did anyone catch this last night? It's worth a watch.

06.01.2022 Popularity is growing for EFT/Tapping - more than 10 million people worldwide use tapping. "This is due to an ongoing groundswell of success stories by ordinary people trying it out and reporting getting astonishingly quick and effective results.... its growth and expansion is also due to some pretty impressive clinical research that is not widely published". EFT has been researched in more than 10 countries, by more than 60 investigators, whose results have been published in more than 100 different journal articles. Here's a link to some of that research https://www.scienceoftapping.org/category/research/

01.01.2022 Stress can be good- in small quick doses. Picture this You’re about to cross a road and as you step off the footpath you hear a loud horn and looking up you register a fast moving truck has rounded the nearby corner and is heading your way! You jump back onto the footpath in a nano-second. Or you’re walking through a national park enjoying the peace when a snake moves out of the undergrowth a few metres ahead across your path. You instinctively freeze, rooted to the gro...und until it slithers safely away. Our age-old natural ‘flight/fight or freeze’ stress response, with its adrenaline surge, kicks in for a reason: to keep us safe from immediate danger. But in modern day living our brains often can’t tell the difference between an imminent life threatening situation or a perceived threat. We weren’t designed to experience ongoing stress with abnormal levels of cortisol continually pumping around our bodies. This takes its toll on our physical and emotional health. We can do a lot of things to ‘manage’ stress: but what I love about tapping is that it can calm the mind-body and CLEAR stress. Like to know more about how and why: see this great article by Nick Ortner of ‘The Tapping Solution’. See more
