18.01.2022 ... Yes yet ANOTHER article on carbs, however i feel this one sums it up nicely! if you have noticed any changes when you eat carbs this is is definitely worth a few minutes of your time.

15.01.2022 ... What's one of the most common musculoskeletal problems know to man? if you said 'Shoulder Rotators' you would be right - External Rotation is a great exercise for developing stability, strength and endurance for the smaller muscles of the rotator group. Large compound exercises as the bench press and the pull up put a lot of stress on the joints and stabilization muscles. External Rotation exercises are great for increasing joint stability strength and mobility, and in... turn can really improve your ability to perform these large movements. Stand upright holding a cable or physio band in one hand across your mid-section with your elbow bent at 90 degrees and your upper arm against your body. Pull the band or cable out and away from your body keeping your elbow at 90 degrees and your upper arm against your side (imagine your elbow is surgically attached!). Complete all reps on one side before switching to the other side. See more

13.01.2022 ... Absolutely ecstatic to be holding one of only a handful of these program guides to drug recovery in the world!! This bible contains Josts’ secret herbs and spices for PROVEN successful recovery acupuncture, tai chi, chi guong, supplements, herbs and off course weight training. It was my absolute pleasure to spend time with this legend at a mind blowing seminar at Gaia retreat and recovery when he hand delivered this little masterpiece (actually it’s HUGE) to the pract...itioners. The philosophy is all based on the living our life according to the ‘Chi cycle’. I’ve personally been practicing living the ‘chi-cycle’ over the last 18 months since working with Jost and i’ve never felt better. What is this chi-cycle anyway? I could attempt to tell you or you could read ‘The Perfect Day Plan’ www.jostsauer.com Maybe you already live the chi-cycle? I’d love to know how the practice has changed Your life... See more

06.01.2022 Do you have any Sore bits? Aches maybe? What about stabbing pain? I can honestly say until recently i had no idea what that was like (i know over 25 years of training, i’ve never had an injury, it’s true.) However i am not the super hero after all and recently have been experiencing all of the above. I turned to something i can only say kept me upright in the last couple of months... M.A. TRANSDERMAL MAGNESIUM OIL. (i’m a bit of a skeptic, don’t like to endorse anything ...unless i truly believe in its benefits) THIS TRULY IS LIQUID MAGIC. Magnesium is needed in EVERY cell in our bodies, but is lacking in our soils and food, we lose magnesium through urine, sweat and stress therefore i to like to supplement twice daily VIA THE SKIN for optimal 100% absorption. The benefits of Magnesium Oil include Better flexibility, strength and endurance Prevents calcification build-up in joints, connective tissue, muscles and arteries. Relieves sleeping disorders, stress, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, irritability, fatigue. Prevents kidney stones Relieves Pain and helps injuries heal faster. Prevents Restless Legs Syndrome and cramps. Muscle Pain Joint Pain Fibromyalgia Period Pain Sciatica Bursitis And especially beneficial for MIGRAINE sufferers. Do you use it for anything i haven't mentioned here?? please share with me i'd like to know... See more
