Perth median house prices remained stable in December at $480,000 45% of suburbs saw an increase during the month of December with Kelmscott, Yokine, Wellard, Girrawheen and Applecross seeing the largest % increases Perth Leasing Sales 3,655 properties were leased in December 2020 9% compared to November 2020 However, leasing listings have declined 14.5% compared to November 2020 and 56.6% compared to December 2019 Perth's overall median rent $5 to $395 per week and is the highest it has been since February 2016. 07.01.2022 5 TIPS TO TAKE THE STRESS OUT OF MOVING Moving house means that you are packing your entire life into boxes and this can be quite daunting for most people! It's is usually a big task and can be very frustrating.... Here are some tips that may make the job a little easier: 1 Use the right boxes for the job. This will make sure your items are protected during transit. 2 Don't overpack the boxes. This can make them super heavy and you can run the risk of the bottom of the box collapsing and breaking some precious items. 3 Protect your breakable items - use bubble wrap, socks, polyfoam or packing paper to keep them safe. 4 Stack with care placing heavier items on the bottom and lighter items at the top. Always pack fragile items separately and keep valuable items with you. 5 Label items by room, contents, and importance. Also, be specific with your labelling and even keep a separate book with all items that are in the box. So if you need anything you'll know exactly where it is!
