25.01.2022 ....and so that’s the end of a marathon week. I will post some pics later, but will leave you with this fun Deluxe Devonshire Tea that was delivered to a group of Ladies enjoying a Hen Weekend. I decided to go all out ‘Flower Powery’ with this one....

24.01.2022 A few of Sunday’s postcards .....

24.01.2022 A Customised Cheese Grazing Box, (complete with a bottle of Bubbly), delivered straight to the hotel door.

24.01.2022 It’s been a day of contrasts (and I am not just talking about the weather)! Numerous Breakfast Boxes to be created and delivered, Picnic and Lunch Boxes and a Fabulous Double-Stack Graze for a Special Birthday gathering, that also included the add-on of 16 individual Devonshire Tea Boxes that each guest was to receive as a goodie box to take home with them! My beloved helpers were called in to assist and we got the job done... I then did my ‘I’ll just have an hour’s shut eye’ and woke up three hours later with my house in total darkness! What a week - it’s been fun but to be honest, I am very ready for my day of rest tomorrow.

22.01.2022 Picnics done right!

22.01.2022 Breakfasts, Brunches and Lunches delivered, I am actually contemplating whether to go for a swim. I don’t normally dip my toe in until 1st December, but it’s a warm one today and that water is very much calling ‘come to me, come to me’!

21.01.2022 ....and in the blink of an eye, another week is ticked off, with a full-on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to round things up. I think most occasions were ticked - from a Celebration Box for a Special Birthday, a Dive in and Enjoy Box for a Friends & Family & Kids Play Day, Staff Treats, a Hen’s Weekend, Holiday Houses Guest arrivals, a Surprise 60th Birthday Treat, a ‘’Thinking of You Gift, a Friday Night Family Box, Picnics and, which made me smile..... a Because Life’s too Short and Because We Feel Like It order (definitely my kind of thinking)!!!

21.01.2022 I have to share this with you as it’s what everyone is talking about currently (so watch out visitors, as we locals shuffle to the front of the queue). Lagom Bakers, (the new Sourdough Bakery next door to The Fish Shop at Burrill Lake), opens today, and we all know that these guys know more than a thing or two about bread!. Can’t wait to pop in for a taste test and coffee. I’ll report back!

20.01.2022 Sadly our much loved Clyde River Berry Farm is not able to open this year due to the Covid situation and the damage to the crops during the fires. But for those, like myself, who love their Blueberries, they are still able to provide to the markets and our town, so let’s get right behind them to support their business and sales of berries, ice cream and jams. I, for one, will be making a bee-line for their van parked at the markets, for one of their famous Blueberry Ice Cream cones!!

19.01.2022 Finally, after a very busy weekend (and couple of months), I feel as if I can draw a breath. The festive season and school holidays are over and with it, a sense of a shift as we tip toe into February, the world still in chaos that is ever present, but we are all doing our best (incredibly well), with everyone under pressure. 2021, a year full of hope, with our fingers and toes crossed. These last few months have brought to me some lovely new customers and followers and I ha...ve loved getting to know a little bit about you through our telephone conversations, messages and emails, but I was thinking today that maybe I should introduce you to the face and world behind Annie’s Grazing Boxes. I have made my cuppa, settling in for a bit of a chat and a divulgence of a few facts that maybe you do know or maybe you don’t... 1. My childhood was spent living and growing up in Hong Kong. A ‘Third Culture Kid’ I am apparently (English family living in another country), I have always been equally and instinctively at home within both cultures and Hong Kong in the 60s and 70s was an island where children roamed in safety, seamlessly combining a diverse and colourful lifestyle, with strong digestive systems to match, switching between one meal and another during any day that could start off with toast and cereal and end up perched on stools in a back street night market watching our food sizzling in a hot wok in front of us! 2. Do I have a favourite season? Without a doubt, Spring & Summer as it brings with it fresh and vibrant colours with the thought of endless days outside, blue skies and sunshine on my face, picnics, sand between my toes and swimming in the ocean. How lucky I am - I live just a few steps from the water’s edge. Even during the times when life is tough and sleep eludes, I can quietly slip down to the beach with my flask of coffee (and a drop of Kahlua if it is needed), to watch the sunrise, whilst I work it all out. 3. I have worked in an HIV Orphanage and had a live-in role at a first-stop, Safe Refuge & Rehabilitation Orphanage for Children sold into and rescued from the Sex Slave Industry. Both of those work experiences required every ounce of mental strength I had. Continued with the next cuppa opportunity...

19.01.2022 Your own personal Devonshire Tea - that’s what you can expect when you book into the Milton Chocolate Retreat. These cute little Boxes are making their way to the Retreat now in readiness for a morning’s indulgence!

18.01.2022 So that there is no having to share (and no fighting either), Two individual but identical boxes ‘For One’ are a perfect solution!

18.01.2022 Indeed, a world away for a couple of hours on my day off, soaking up the sun and water on the first day of Autumn (and finally getting to read the February issue of one of my favourite magazines).

17.01.2022 A little bit about this Weekend...... more about it in a bit more detail later.....

16.01.2022 Can a Gluten-Free based Devonshire-Tea style Grazing Box taste as scrumptious? Of course it can! You wouldn’t know the difference with my Gluten-Free option.

15.01.2022 ‘A Boss who really does appreciate her Staff’.... I have a number of regular clients here in the local area who truly know the value of their staff to their business, so to assist in treating their teams to a surprise Deluxe Morning Tea is always my pleasure!

14.01.2022 A 1st Birthday ‘Double-Stack’ to feed 14 adults, with another smaller one for the kidlets. All tastes and ages covered and always a great choice for flexibility and option-giving (side-by-side or end-to-end; either way it is a colourful centrepiece)! The light wasn’t the best this morning, but I think you get the gist!

12.01.2022 Something to eat, a soak in the bath and then I am off to bed early, ahead of a full-on race of a weekend, but I just thought I would show you one of the Boxes that found it’s way into the hands of a Birthday Girl today. This Celebratory Birthday Box is actually about to be added to the Grazing Box options I am making available - it’s a great Gift idea, that I can personalise with favourite colours; and that can be shared (or not)!

12.01.2022 Made for Sharing (or not), a Birthday treat from one Sister to another, that is going to last for days.

11.01.2022 Boxed up and ready to go - straight up to The Milton Chocolate Retreat for a Girls Weekend package that includes a Deluxe Devonshire Tea (working with Covid regulations to make it happen)!

11.01.2022 ....and working hard to ensure that all your Grazing Box orders get to where they need to be! 2021 is just days away, so don’t leave it too late to book ahead your Grazing Box for those Summer picnics and January/February dates!

10.01.2022 One of my Boxes today was extra special to create. A lovely couple had booked a South Coast Getaway a few months ago, staying at the stunning Old Schoolhouse, here in Milton, only to find themselves having to postpone it. They were bitterly disappointed at the time, putting their plans on hold. Their arrival down here today has coincided perfectly with not only some fabulous weather but the beautiful Coral Trees in our region putting in a show this year that is absolutely o...utstanding! Great timing! . . #anniesgrazingboxes #grazingbox #getaways #southcoastnsw @oldschoolhousemilton #milton #mollymook #spring #visitshoalhaven #shoalhaven #destinationnsw See more

10.01.2022 What a great vibe there has been around the local area over the last few days as Mollymook has played host to the 2021 ASRL (Australian Surf Rowers League). The weather turned it on too! My capped limit of ten bookings per day was absolutely smashed this last week, 4.30am starts were the norm and I had to haul in some helpers to assist, but we got the job done and every box to where it needed to be. Needless to say ‘I am going to enjoy my lie-in on my day off tomorrow’! Night all x

09.01.2022 Reminding a very New Mum that she is doing a great job!

08.01.2022 Missing in Action on the Social Media front this last week, but so much has been going on behind the scenes on the creative front, plus a packed delivery schedule as we head towards the official first day of Summer and the Festive Season.

08.01.2022 Yes indeed, I am going to take a holiday, before the Summer period well and truly descends (and before I burn out). This year has been a hard one (for all of us) and I have literally worked every hour to forge forward with my business. For a full-on rest and recharge, Annie’s Grazing Boxes will be closed from 24th October to 9th November. Many thanks x

08.01.2022 Apologies but I AM NOW FULLY BOOKED UNTIL TUESDAY 15th SEPTEMBER. Please Book Early to Avoid Disappointment.

07.01.2022 Birthday Surprises..... Morning Devonshire Tea with Champers!!

07.01.2022 Yes indeed.... Fully Booked now until Wednesday 30th September and very nearly booked out for the October Long Weekend, with only a few available spots left. So get in touch as soon as you can, to avoid disappointment.

05.01.2022 These gorgeous pots of Carrot Cake Jam are going to be featuring in my Limited Edition Easter Boxes which will only be available over the four days of the Easter Weekend. Stay tuned for the update...... . .... #anniesgrazingboxes @tipsyjam_au See more

03.01.2022 I get asked a lot ‘which is the most popular choice?’ And I honestly can’t answer it. Last week everyone wanted my Antipasto/Deli Grazing Box; today every delivery is a Devonshire Tea, some with flowers for Birthday gifts! This coming weekend (the start of the school holidays) is throwing at me every option from Breakfasts, Brunches, Group picnics (individual boxes), Deli Boxes and yet more Devonshire Teas (and 0430am starts will be the go). That reminds me, if you are wanti...ng to place an order, I am now almost booked up until 5th October, so I will be taking no more orders between now and then, other than just a couple of available slots that I have left on Thursday 1st October and Saturday 3rd October. Drop me an email or send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can (normally in the evening, when I catch up on the admin). See more

02.01.2022 We are certainly spoilt! Photo credit @benmack_

02.01.2022 Friday Highlights.... Girls Getaways, Surprise Devonshire Teas, Special Birthdays and a customized ‘Family Night In’ Box for my last drop of the day.

02.01.2022 What just happened?? Absolutely insane - fourteen orders out over fourteen hours straight!

01.01.2022 There is no such thing as same. There is always a story behind every single Grazing Box.
