24.01.2022 I feel like my child has been hijacked with anxiety! Anxiety can mean that your child is living in fear which can be crippling for their emotional and physical development. Anxiety impacts their health, relationships at home, friendships and academic performance.... And so much more.. 12.01.2022 The energy all around feels very dense. The amount of stress and anxiety is almost palpable at the moment. It’s ok if you are feeling an elevated level of stress and anxiety at this time. Fear of the unknown can be very overwhelming for the majority of us. There are some great tools that you can utilise to help you cope with elevated levels of stress and anxiety.... One of my favourite things is AROMATHERAPY. Pure essential oils hold a little bit of magic as they bring about an immediate response, and there is no escaping how beautiful they smell.
