25.01.2022 One of my most used tools - the Stampin’ Scrub. But at this time of the year with all that red ink I am using, they will need a clean. 22.01.2022 It is interesting how life pans out sometimes. If there hadn't been COVID 19, I would have been in New Orleans for a Stampin' Up! Leaders conference at the moment. I was so looking forward to catching up with all my friends and colleagues from around the world. This was also the first event where Stampin' Up! was actually paying my travel costs. But it seems that the event probably would never have even gone ahead as New Orleans is going to be the focus with Hurricane Laur...a bearing down. The predictions for New Orleans and surrounding areas are not good. Sending all the residents in the Gulf States in the US my best wishes and I hope it isn't as bad as anticipated. And so thankful I am here safe. Am I missing the event - hell no - it is now online and will be amazing. Can't wait. Stampin' Up! you are an amazing company to be associated with. See more

20.01.2022 Another snapshot of my craft storage in my new craft room. So this is my new Cut & Emboss station. How cute is this new machine from Stampin Up! I love how small the footprint is. I always make sure my die cutting station includes a bin so the offcuts from die-cutting can go straight into the bin. It sits on top of one of my favourite pieces of craft furniture - a drawer unit purposely designed for crafters that I purchased secondhand. Each draw is labelled to make it easy to find stuff and as you imagine I do have a lots of crafting goodies. Being organised for me makes crafting so much more enjoyable. I have included photographs of some of the contents. I use this for storing my old style ink pads, paper trimmers, stamparatuses (is there such a word?) and retired punches. What tips do you have for storing your crafting goodies?

06.01.2022 Thought I would keep sharing ideas for craft storage - a challenge for even the most experienced crafter. Here is my new way of storing current punches in my Roskog trolley - thanks for the idea, Sharon Dalton. The large ones are loose on the top shelf and the smaller ones in a basket in the second shelf. At my previous house, I used an over the door Elfa shelving system that I loved but it would not work in this house. Our punches are easy to store as they lock closed and stack. What do you find the most difficult to store: Paper? Punches? Dies? Stamps? Inks! Pens? Ribbon (wait till you my new ribbon storage!); or embellishments? Or something else. Leave a comment below.
